yes the electrical leads are ok, getting full 220v. Man theres just
not that many hours on the thing, if the reed valves or rings are bad
it sure didnt last long. Its about 6 years old, but total hours logged
arent that much.. ... on the other hand I will say that the motor
sounds different than it used to, it seems to have a rattly sound  to
it if you listen carefully. Its one of the sealed motors, maintenance
free whatever they call them.
  What exactly is a reed valve??
