Leak: possible leaky windshield gasket, bad wiper blade seals or rust through under windshield / cowl.... Have someone run a hose on the windshield and crawl under the dash with a spotlight to see where the water is coming in. Seat belts: there are tips on http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/techstuff.html Plug wires should not touch the exhaust. Check to see the wire holders are correct.
