Yes, afaik there was no unique Dodge in 1964, that is, a "Golden Anniversary" Dodge special edition equal to the special edition 1963 Chryslers produced to commemorate Chrysler being selected to pace the Indianapolis 500 in 1963.  http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/owensm63.html
