Eastwood's catalog would disagree.  The paint they sell appears to be thinner and allows better heat transfer.  Might be of little consequence if your cooling system has excess capacity.

Satin black is probably closer to the original color,  but it is your car, and glossy should have little if any difference in the heat transfer,,,,,,,,
