Hi Eric.
I had two '64 New Yorkers, loaded, with 413 4bbl engines.  Mileage
wasn't bad at all.  Unless you're "in" the 4 bbl all the time, but
thats with anything.  Driven normally, doubt you'd notice much
difference.  Ofcourse, having the extra power will make it hard to
drive "normally".  LOL
