Firm Feel splits them this way:
* Torsion Bars 1962-72  http://www.firmfeel.com/torsionb_b.htm
* Torsion Bars 1973-79  http://www.firmfeel.com/torsionb_b3.htm
73 up B Bodies use a longer Torsion Bar 
 
1962 to 1972 is the correct year range, not 1966-1971. 

Another example of vendor's bias against 1962 to 1965s. :) Unintentional probably, but one more reason to like the 1962-1965s. They don't get enough respect even from big time Mopar vendors.  Dos pennies.
