Re: Who makes 93 Octane Race Gas?

Sadly enough our 91 octane is now 10% ethanol too. I tried it out this time and it seems to run OK. I was talking to a guy at cruise night who thought he'd try to mix in some E-85 with the 91 oct stuff. He says it did OK for awhile then it started to stagger and miss and run terrible. He opened up the carb and it was dark and discolored and little balls of corrosion were forming. It was as if the E-85 was eating up the carb. Hmm, guess I won't try that.
