engine oil ´62 fury

Hi, 

The time has come!

My engine started up, next is fine tuning.
For the time being, there is a cleanining oil in the engine, the engine
being a 1974 360 LA, 11-12 comp. Cast rods and highdome pistons, 340 x head
larger valves etc...

My question is witch oil to use after its tuned.
I have some 10W40 gastrol oil that are used for petrol and diesel engines at
work, will it do. Can´t remember the precise name.
