If you ever need to do this with the oil pump installed , try this. You will need a oil pump priming shaft. Take the oil filter off. The center threaded pipe.--.: take a grease gun and tape the end of the flexible hose so it fits snuggly in that center hole. .Pump grease in as you turn the pump backwards from its normal rotation.
