Chrome is also stock on 300 letter cars (well for 61-62) maybe other years too.  Optional on 300 non letter 2 doors, and I've seen it on a 61 New Yorker 2 door and a 62 Newport 2 door, but I think it was added to the Newport, not stock.

Painted is correct for a Belvedere. Chrome was reserved for Sport Fury, maybe Fury too, can't recall....
