I don’t think it’s actually a paint job. You’ll notice the ad says “snaked wraped”. I saw a show last year where they covered a van with a vinyl wrap that looked like water. I assume this Newport was done with a similar process. Actually I don’t mind the snake wrap as much as the wheels. Just my opinion but I hate these big wheels that they’re using especially on older cars.
