--Well I have LeRoar all apart again or rather still. I think I just didn't install the metal gaskets properly. The Copper Coat did not adhere to any surface well at all. It actually seemed to make the whole thing slippery and slimy instead. I think there was actually a coating on the metal gaskets already. They were yellowish but I thought the Copper Coat would still be in order. Too bad there weren't any directions with the gaskets.I will install my trusty old Fel-Pro composites this time and not worry about it. The new CR will be 9.1 and that will be very fuel friendly. It's also a half point better then before anyway. I'm including some pictures of the dis-assembly.I gotta say the steam cleaning sure spruced it up.One picture shows the exhaust leak. This was spitting water because it was coming from the cylinder and not the bolt. After re-tightening the exhaust bolts this had stopped. I have found some exhaust bolts loosen after getting up to temp the first time. Even a ways down the road they may need tightening again.Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr 324 poly w/goodies
