I do trust the shop where my transmission is at.  They are very well known around here and have been in business since 1967.  They are willing to put what ever parts I want in it.  So long as it isn't he chinesse nasty parts they will stand behind it.  My problem is I don't know what is a good upgrade vrs a bad idea.  I don't know anythinig about an automatic.  Not totaly true, but true enough.
