If it's leaking from the fill neck on the valve cover. It could be pressure from the crank case. Is you PCV working. Is the vent hose from the PCV valve to the carb clear. Some valve covers do not have baffles below the filler neck and sometimes splash up to the cap. That cap should also be venting...Nick
