i used the wheel well patch panal on my 63 bel wagon but had to fab everything behind
the profile of the lip is slightly different from 63 to 64

Yup, last I heard that manufacturing pattern continues still. As to sedan quarter patches on a wagon, I would assume that the patch panel catalogs of the distributors would list "wagon" as an application if it were so. But maybe the patches are a start that a body shop metal guru could use and modify?
