I think Dodger was referring to that specific 1964 Plymouth, because when you opened that car's hood the guy had a "400" sticker on the air cleaner. 

Heck, I could paint a 400 big block orange and put "426" stickers on the valve covers and fool most of the crowd at an open car show. LOL
