Here's some info I wrote up long ago about swapping a small block into an early A-body: http://www.yetanotherdomain.org/abody/v8swap.html I believe the Magnum 318s and 360s are externally the same as the non-Magnum engines, so they should fit any place the earlier small blocks do. Magnum 360s take a differently weighted flexplate/flywheel than the non-Magnum. A guy named Paul Pitcher put a late model V8 overdrive transmission in a '66 Dart wagon. He had to cut out the existing transmission tunnel and crossmember, and build new pieces to make it fit, and shorten the drive shaft. I can't find pictures right now... The engine bay in an early A-body is really tight, so you're going to have to do some serious planning to get a turbo to fit under there next to the V8.
