http://www.eastwood.com/ceramic_engine_paints  -- Eastwood also sells ceramic engine paint and lists AMC blue. They claim you can brush it on without leaving brush strokes, or spray it. 

Yup, AMCs are usually welcome at Mopar shows. :)
