I have an extra copy of the book I can sell u cheap. When I bought the
DVD's from Steve he included at no extra  charge an autographed copy
of the book. I will keep that one but , I can sell u my other one for
18.75, what I paid for it,  lets call it 20 bucks for shipping. That
would be cheaper than u can find it online., unless of course Steve is
feeling generous again and sends u one for free.
