The 4 speed was only available up to the 383 in 63.  I've never seen an 833 in a late '63, but thats not to say it didn't exist, although I highly doubt it.  Most likely, there were some '63's with 833's replacing exploded T10's from the 64 parts book.  Easy swap when the parts were readily available, and one that was regularly done according to an old time Mopar mechanic I used to work with.  Apparently, the T10 wasn't up to the torque of the 383 either.
