Re: Parade Sign Question

I used tape that I got from a local parts store that is used for bodywork.  We put the signs on the doors just before the parade and removed them at the end with no adverse issues.  The signs were made the height of the trim to the bottom of the door.  I taped them to the SF trim and under the edge of the door.  I don't believe you will have any problem with a quality tape unless you plan on leaving the signs on for an extended period of time (Days) in the sun.  If you get any residue on the trim it will clean up with Goof Off in seconds.

Subject: Parade Sign Question

My wife will be driving my 63 Sport Fury in a small town Parade and it
is her 50th High School anniversary.  She graduated in 63 and the car
is a 63.  She will have a couple of her classmates riding with her in
he parade.

I have never paid attention to how signs are put on cars in parades,
what is the best way for her to put a sign on the car?  I suspect on
the door is the best place?

Thanks
Dennis C.
