318 Poly Dipstick Tube

Got my block unloaded out of the back of my truck today and I discovered they broke my dipstick tube off in the block and didn't tell me about it...I'm a little pi$$ed!

Anyway, how do I get his thing out? I tried to collapse it in on itself but that of course did not work. Where can I get a factory replacement these days?
