No, that style of trim was Sport Fury only.

And no, it is extremely doubtful it was installed at the factory.
Wouldn't be the first time someone has installed on his car trim,
options, etc. the factory did not offer.

It was probably installed after the car was repainted.  That Fury
looks to be in extremely good shape for a car one year shy of 50.
