or a cheaper generic one. Or one with a built in massage. :)

Whatever, wear a heavy wool toque or ski hat toque that covers the ears. A huge amount of body heat is lost through the head, if I recall right. But at 2:00 am it's probably not a good idea to drive wearing the ski mask style toque that only has eye/mouth openings. lol
