Since I own a 65 300,I can help you.You have 6 Phillips screws that hold the head lamp cover on the grill.Once that is removed,there are 6 small screws to remove from the back,screws are under the weather stripping on the back. Separate the two parts,remove the glass and glass seal and install on new piece and reverse order to assemble.450 424 0445,mrmopartech
