numbering system...

1 and 8 were right...didn't start

The first picture shows the wrong way which is with the keyway lined up straight up.  The second picture is how it should be with the keyway off to the side but the dot lined up straight. As you can see it was quite retarded.  It turned out to be about 115deg.
