I would say hit a real auto paint store....... You can also find the old actual paint chip pages from paint stores on eBay........ And shown here: http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/paint.html I may have the local paint store load several ’62 colors into spray bombs - then paint something small like house double light switch covers - to help determine what color we want
to go with. Chips are just never true.......... From: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
On Behalf Of Gary Futrell Stopped in at the local O'Reilly's to get some paint for my 63 Sport Fury engine bay. I tried all the paint codes I found on the net, Chrysler, PPG, Dupont, etc but nothing came up in their computer. Imagine that !! I know they can match
it with a painted part, but anyone have a code that might work ? Gary F. -- -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
