I have several of the Fram Oil Filter adapter kits available – complete with the gaskets/fittings...if you want the stock setup from old canister-pin to modern spin-on.

Canton Racing is only 15 miles from my home. I went to their factory showroom and they set me up with this 22-575 unit for my Poly stroker. It flows so much more over a stock unit since I'm using a short filter for header clearance. It also seals tight and after 3 years not one leak.

Easy upgrade to spin-on oil filter, I went with the billet version because it looked more permanent and has more passage holes.  As compared to the Mopar stamped sheet metal version.

 

Adapter to a spin-on oil filter, PH8-A or equivalent.  (Such as Mobil 1 M1-301).

 

Billet adapter, O-ring seal, more passage holes:
