I agree with Cory.  A 600 would be doable too but I think 500 is plenty.  Very easy to work on and they come with a manual that will make you an expert.  Generally though you won't have to do anything to it out of the box.

well I ordered the new Poly 318 intake from Chrysler Power and now I have to buy a new 4bbl carburetor.

 

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable carb to purchase?
