The 1406 is the electric 600cfm and the 1405 is the manual 600cfm. I hate to mess with a manual choke but if you really don't need it most of the time I reckon that would be fine. For the electric you will need to use a key-on power source. I took my choke plates completely off my dual-carb set-up when I was running that and basically just racing.
