Evening fellas.  I usually hesitate to speculate on some of these posts with the limited data available, but let me throw something out there.  One area I've consistently seen neglected is to check to make sure your rear is perfectly perpendicular (square) to the centerline of your chassis.  Particularly on our cars where this wasn't perfect right from the beginning.

There are many ways to do this, but it is not rocket science.  A few plumb bobs and string and you are good to go assuming you can articulate the basics of a 3/4/5 triangle.

Looking at the setup of your car where obviously someone made mods to what was already famously imperfect geometry from the factory, I submit to you that it's plausable for a misaligned rear to chew that ring gear on hard launch.
