True, but Bilsteins do an amazing job without sacrificing the ride quality. Replaced the minimum quality OEM shocks on my ¾ ton 2008 GMC crew cab at 20,000 miles - wish I had done
it sooner. It used to skip sideways a little over railroad track crossing etc. With the Bilsteins she stays planted.
