Those two articles will cover the vast majority of the electrical 
annoyances in our cars.  Another one, also by R. Ehrenberg,
deals with the dreaded bulkhead connector and generally clean contacts 
and grounds.  That one is at:

That pesky clip-on ground jumper on the fuel line from the tank to the 
metal fuel line can be fudged with a short piece of wire and a couple of 
small screw-type hose clamps.  Again, be sure the contact points are 
nice clean shiny metal.  The stock jumpers can be found on ebay, and i 
think I saw them on the Year One website.
