after retrying with key and it still just clicks am thinking
it is low voltage coming from ign. switch, and not pulling the relay in hard
enough to make good contact, this could be from several sources such as contact
in ign swithch or loose conections between switch and relay, doubt it is ground
if it worked by shorting it
