The 1963 upper deck opening panel is unique to the 1963 model, as it was in 1962.

The 1964 and 1965 models, though, do share the same panel - part number 2482 818.   This part was used on 1964 and 1965 B body 2 door and 4 door sedans as well as the 1964 4 door hardtops.
