Gary,

My 62 Fury was Canadian built, maybe that made a difference. The original invoice shows the remote mirror was an option. The passenger side mirror was added by the last owner, they are a matching set. A restoration photo of my car shows the hole in the fender for the remote mirror, none on the door.
