When did Canada switch from 313 to 318 in the Polys?
Car and truck blocks were emanating from the Windsor plant, many of the cars and trucks in Australia had Canadian-made engines (etc) because of arrangements between Commonwealth countries. England likewise. Sales tax on cars and parts from Commonwealth countries were much lower and so the end price could be a lot lower.
Check the bellhousing bolt pattern to be sure it's not a pre-62 block and bear in mind that Canada kept on making a small number of the earlier bellhousing patterned blocks for a little while into the '62 and '63 period.

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
