I'm guessing the bolt is like the ones in the link below.  Having the engine out of the car is definitely very helpful.  If it were mine, I would probably try to drill it out.  It's probably the same diameter as the other studs.  So i would maybe start with a small diameter bit just to get a hole started and centered.  Then you could go to a bit of the same diameter as the bolt, NOT THE HEAD but the bolt. Then as soon as you drill to the depth of the head it will be easier to add a little pressure and get it to pop loosel.  It should then slide off, maybe with the help of a little penetrating oil.

I have 361 wedge that I'm disassembling. Removing the exhaust manifolds has become a problem. All nuts came off with no problem, no rust at all. The last two sleeve type nuts that go through the manifold are the problem. The left side collapsed and the right side worn rounded. Can these be drilled out, or is there a better way. I"ve not had this problem before and looking for advise.
