tire advice please

I am going to replace my brand-new looking 205/75R14 tires because they are eight-years old. Looking for some recommendations on choosing a brand and wondering if there would be any benefit or reason not to go with a little larger size like a 215 or 225.  I want to stay with 14".  Bill
