Thanks Bill. I if I understand correctly, Auto Rust Technicians became Safe-T-Cap but then Safe-T-Cap dropped almost all their Mopar items, selling or somehow getting them to Classic Industries to stock/sell/make. I'm trying to remember the gab back then. It was something like concern of rust continuing to munch away under the caps. Seems like improper prep could cause that, just like it does on bodywork that is not done right and rust chews its way from under the new paint. Not the design, but the work itself was to blame, in other words. We put the full length front frame rail caps and the torsion bar crossmember caps on both sides. The rear rails didn’t need repairs done. The next year we upgraded it to a warmed up 360. It is still in service. > > > On May 1, 2020, at 3:04 PM, 62-65-mail-list-club@xxxxxxxxxxx wrote: > > > > I'm redirecting this message, as it landed in an incorrect address. > > > > ---- > > > > I don't remember a vendor selling repro front subframe frame rails for a 1962 B.
