1964 440 and Poly 318

Good Morning everybody and a happy new year!

Thanks a lot for adding me to the list, finally I found the time to introduce my car...

In 2018 I bought a white, bench-seated 4 door Dodge 440, power steering, power brakes, A/C, push-button A727, Poly 318.

Had it on the road  a few month later, no real big things to do, it is a great cruiser, comfortable and dependable.

Last winters work was mostly underfloor-paintjob, this winter I got to the drivetrain.

Transmission looked astonishing, nothing to do there.

The engine is mostly apart now, cylinders are undamaged at first sight but completely without cross-hatch pattern. WIll have to see if I have to get it to 0.020 or if honing an re-ring should be enough.

I put on a 4bbl cast-iron intake, TTi headers and exhaust are on the way, still thinking about a camshaft...
