Tom - If your 58 has a V8 with the cannister filter, replace that morphidite with a Fram K21 oil filter adapter kit. Then you can use a Fram PH8A or PH43 spin-on filter. Kit costs $10 to $12. Got mine at Checker Auto. Before I installed kit I was getting the cartridge filters at NAPA, part no. 1076.
