One major thing is the pulleys. On my 58 Belvedere, factory 318 with no power anything, I noticed that you will need the 2 groove pulley. Also note that the timing mark is actually located on the lower (crank) pulley. I haven't yet even begun to start to convert yet, but if & when I do come across the parts I'll keep you posted.......
