Driveshaft and trans. mount reworking are to be expected in most drivetrain swaps. Motor mounts also have to be redone (moved, even fabricated). The transmission you're looking for that has the driveshaft parking brake would be the 1962 (only) B-727 used in the Chryslers and Dodge Custom 880's. Sice you have the 1964 trans.,all you would need is the tailshaft section from the 1962 trans. (which includes the parking brake),this will swap directly in place of the '64 tailshaft.
