It's easiest to look up "Hydraulic Equipment & Supplies" in your Yellow Pages and take the old hose if you still have it (otherwise take the fittings it mates up to, plus the length) to a specialist who will make you a brand new one on the spot. You'll be amazed how cheap and quick it is too.
