The 350 cid engines did not appear until 1958. Unless someone transplanted a different engine in your car at some time it is highly unlikely that it is a 350! If your car was built in Canada, there may be some differences from a US built car. I have a 1959 Custom Royal Lancer that was built in Canada, and it has a 361 cid engine with 2-barrel carburetor and is documented original from the factory (Windsor) that way. All US built Custom Royals in 1959 had the 361 with a 4-barrel carburetor as the standard engine. The Canadian Dodges also had different upholstery materials, and have accessories that say "Chryco" instead of Mopar. This could have been the same situation in 1957, making the engine identification a little more difficult. My guess is that it is a 325 cid. Jim
