Dang, missed that it didn't have the linkage at all, do not use this truck till it's installed as Herman said it would be a shame to cook a good trany..... I would think that there should be linkage that would work from a car appication or anouther truck..... Most of the trucks from that period into the 60s had a bell crank type that mounted to back of the driver side engine head, the other main type that was used was a solid one piece rod ( had a adjustable end at the carb) that that when't from carb to trany though a U shaped yoke to keep it from flopping around.
