Swapping an electronic distributor (provided it is off an LA engine - 318/340/360) is not particularly difficult. All these engines have the same rotation as the 341. The shaft length IS diiferent for the 341 versus the LA, so you will need to lengthen the hemi's shaft. Best way to do this is to put the two distributors next to each other and to measure from the HORIZONTAL bottom flange surface down to the end of the shaft on both units. The difference is what you need on the LA electronic unit, and can be added with a Hot Heads distributor collar. After getting the length correct for intermediate gear engagement, you should be able to drop in. BUT, you may want to have the distributor recurved to get the same maechanical and vacuum advance curves as the 341 had, as LA wedge engines have different spark advance requirements. After that, it is basically changing the coil/resister out, mounting the electronic box somewhere and running the wires. The MOPAR Performance kit has all the wiring and schematics, but you can also get the schematics from several sites on the Internet.
