Location: Muskego, WI | I would give my left nut for this car. What's with the steering wheel and horn button though?

Typical Mopar holdover parts for use on their low sales volume manual transmissions.
Probably from 54 or earlier.

Location: Under the X in Texas | Its a real deal, documentable 355HP 300B known to the 300 clubs for decades. This is the basic '56 NASCAR package. The steering wheel and horn button from the power steering cars won't work on the manual trans column. The only build difference between this and what Kiekhaefer put on the tracks was that ECK rebuilt his cars at his shop in Oshkosh, WI, on to convertible, rigid, X-member frames and then of course things like doubled-up shock abosrbers and 9.5" wheels, etc. etc. |

| HI all. I just realized the car is about ten miles from where I live. Any serious possible buyers contact me off line and I will be happy to go have a look. John |

Location: The Mile High City | Very nice. The 300B is one of my favorite cars. This one seems a bit expensive for my taste...

Location: bishop, ca | It ain't expensive for my taste (my wallet might be a different criteria!).
Manual steering & brakes; a fun car to operate (not-) on a daily basis.
The reasoning or intention behind its ordering/purchase would be nice to know.
S.O.T., would you happen to know its rear end ratio?

According to my '56 service manual, the gear ratio would have been 3.54. To me, the manual trans is very appealing, all part of the classic car experience! I would upgrade the brakes though, with help from Roger at AAJ. |

Location: hopkinsville, kentuckky | Just craziness, that's all. I never had one in my mis-spent youth, and don't want one now. Bet if you looked at this up close, you may not reach for your wallet and pull out 60K for it. Nope, just an old car. If it had Keikafer's name on the sides, it would have a legend behind it and might bring $25K to the right person. |

Location: bishop, ca | That car ought to be worth $60k to the 'right' person; that person ain't me, but, he's got to be out there.
Full-manual; not a fun car to drive around town!
