Location: Perth Australia | Have a go at getting a few pics of it up on the site
Pretty straight may meen old orriginal paint and old orriginal rust out?
Lets assume an engine that does not go (hopefully at least turn), body and floor rust, worn out interior and brakes ect haveing to be done (in other words a complete resto)
4drht wagons dont (and didnt) grow on trees, so that will (sort of) add to the value
Your location is not there to see, so that can effect the price as well.
There is one for sale here in Australia for $15000, heres the link to the add

If your in the US, then, useing that as a base price for a simmilar condition car, you could remove $4000 in freight costs, so it makes it $11000.
If it is a car that you really want, then grab it (if its in your budget) as they dont turn up that often (if at all), otherwise, other wagons do turn up every so often that may be better.
I love wagons in general, but would prize a 60 plymouth one most myself as I like the way the fins point out not slope in like most of the FL wagons do.
Basically, if you want it, get it, haggle for price if you can, but expect to be told that they wont crunch as you would be lucky to find another.
Really depends on your eagerness (and budget) vs the sellers eagerness and care factor to get rid of it
Best of luck

Location: central Illinois | If it runs and moves under its own power, I'd rate it a #4 condition. Don't like the way the dash has been torn into. But it could be a very cool car with alot of work. You can use this as a guide as to value, but in the end it's whatever you're willing to pay. http://collectorcarmarket.com/menus/ccmprcs/60cyneer.html |

Location: Perth Australia | If its the same as my 60 plymouth, you wont find one
I have looked everywhere and even if you get told the vin and get its OBM card (birth cert), that might
not help as mine did not have an engine number on it to at least say that the car has this engine, so the vin could be right.
As I am in Australia, I am not sure about the laws over there, but, it can most likely be re numbered by your motor registry people?
